His Excellency, Mister President, 

Actually Cuba is not anymore a danger for the United States,

it is time to put an end to hostilities between your country and Cuba while suppressing the embargo.

No Cuban had killed an American, of this fact there is no more reason to maintain the embargo.

It is necessary to see clearly:

- who had tried to kill Americans ?

- who had involved United States in the hate ?

- who had provoked wars to impoverish American people?

It is your turn to take the wise decision
