that the Jewish Mafia must kill:

I affirm

1. On 1975, after the fall of South Vietnam, I believed that Dr. Henry Kissinger was the only one guilty of the murder of South Vietnam to sale it to Russian Communists.

2. But many years after, in the light of multiple documents, then after careful reflections, and after having summed up everything that happened to me since 1966, finally on 1989 I managed to note with stupor that it was a whole band of the Jewish Mafia that planned and achieved most bloody and wildest murders on the earth.

3. I realized that I became certainly an enemy of the Jewish Mafia because since 1966 I opposed to the planing of American criminal band that made, at the same time, my country a war field and an American surplus garbage dump. Then the Jewish Mafia tried to kill me many times by rockets, by provoking accidents while putting 3” nails inside the front wheels of my car.

4. Deadly accidents were effectively events executed by the Jewish Mafia. This Mafia tried to kill me eight times, I very nearly died several times, but always by miracle I had escaped by a narrow margin. The Jewish Mafia had tried to poison me hundred times. It is a boundless cruelty.

5. Arrived in Canada on 1975 with eighty dollars in my pocket, I became millionaire at the end of the 70s.

6. On 1979, in Hong Kong, I undertook negotiations with the Vietnamese Communist government to deliver all South Vietnamese Nationalist prisoners in concentration camps (about four hundred thousand persons), the Canadian government gave me the green light, but the Jewish Mafia tried to stop my project while poisoning me, destroying my fortune, my companies, my family. Because I didn’t know that the CIA and the Jewish Mafia, who had plotted with the Vietcong to jail all Vietnamese Nationalists until death by malnutrition, by illnesses and by hard labor. After my humanitarian initiatives, the United State government has been forced finally to establish the ODP and HO programs accepting to receive in North America Vietnamese Nationalists, survivors freed by the Vietcong after several years of wild imprisonment.

7. The Jewish Mafia also demanded to the bloodthirsty communist Vietcong to kill all American prisoners, the MIAs and POWs, survivors after 1975.

8. On the other hand, during the embargo, from 1975 to 1995, against bloodthirsty communist Vietnam, the Jewish Mafia complotted to make five thousand Vietcong partisans enter illegally in United States, to secretly educate them in many American universities under Jews’ control.

9. I am the first person in the world to reveal proofs of poisons used by the Jewish Mafia to poison civilians in North America and in the world. These criminals are silent killers , but they are a hundred times more bloodthirsty and more dangerous than Al Qaeda terrorists.

10. On 1989, I gave to the Royal Canadian mounted police RCMP a report on the clandestine and homicidal activities of the Jewish Mafia and the CIA.

11. On 1991 I published the book Polytechnique Oka to denounce experiences of the Jewish Mafia committed on students of the Polytechnique College of Montreal University on December 6, 1989.

12. On 1999 I published the book Jehovah or Satan to denounce the Jewish Mafia who dragged the Jewish people in murders.

13. On 2000 I published the book Supreme Requisitory Dai Cao Trang to accuse Jews in the CIA that sold my country to the Russian Communists while killing three million South Vietnamese’s.

14. Thanks to the gigantic budget of the CIA, thanks to the South Vietnamese people’s confidence to the United State government in the anticommunist struggle, during fifteen years, from 1960 to 1975, the Jewish Mafia as American civil servants with powerful means on hand had plotted to kill secretly best integrate leaders of South Vietnam like President Ngo Dinh Diem, President Tran Van Van, the director of the ENA Nguyen Van Bong, general Nguyen Viet Thanh, general Nguyen Van Hieu etc. Progressively the Jewish Mafia put in power corrupted people, then on 1975, to kill the South Vietnam, Jewish Mafia members in US government and Jewish parliamentarians in the puppet Congress made campaign against the American help to South Vietnam, “a corrupted country made in USA.” Jewish journalists were more active in the disinformation to destroy my country.

15. The Jewish Mafia had accused President Diem and South Vietnamese governments of all crimes really and secretly committed by the Jewish Mafia itself and by spies of the CIA in South Vietnam, during 20 years of war.

16. While killing pacifist and honorable leaders, Ngo Dinh Diem, John F. Kennedy, Yitzhak Rabin ..., and while poisoning all United State presidents, while manipulating the press, the Jewish Mafia transformed Americans into slaves, into dairy cows, into gun dogs and into pigs at the slaughterhouse.

17. Americans had blindly believed papers under the control of the Jewish Mafia that exploits the American people as one exploits dairy cows and gun dogs.

18. The Jewish Mafia murdered President Kennedy as one kills a pig at the slaughterhouse, but the American people always remained silent, the whole world must consider the American people as a flock of pigs at the slaughterhouse. In fact, it is the Jewish Mafia who had transformed United States into a slaughterhouse.

19. As long as the murder of President Kennedy isn’t brought to light, as long as actual criminals aren’t punished, the whole world must consider that American people are the people of pigs, just good to send to the slaughterhouse.

Who dares to say the opposite?

20. Before the passive attitude of the American people, the Jewish Mafia organized more and more other bloody and ferocious murders, as the World Trade Center 911, to push Americans to war as one sets gun dogs on the animal game pursuit. Only a little manipulation is enough to transform the hostile people of the Jewish Mafia into game-targets. So, the American people, as highly trained gun dogs, rush in war against these targets and to get killed while believing fighting for a good reason.

21. Thus, the American people must wake up and must stop being considered as the people of pigs, of cows, of dogs and of slaves while eliminating the Jewish Mafia.

22. Conscientious of all dangers while denouncing

the infernal murderer machine

for the safeguard of the humanity,

I challenge officially

the dark Jewish Mafia

to a loyal war. The American people gave to Henry Kissinger, God Father of the Jewish Mafia, bloodthirsty spy of the Communist soviet KGB, the opportunity to kill my country, the South Vietnam. The American people always stay unconscious of forfeits achieved by traitors, by the Jewish Mafia, inside American government and in the puppet Congress. The American people are faulty toward mine, and I must hand in my notice.
