A sniper is sowing terror in Washington, D.C. and surroundings.

Maybe this gunman is a disciple, a partisan of the Vietcong, because shooting from the bush is the specialty of the Vietcong guerrilla warfare during the Vietnam war from 1945 to 1975.

Lasting 20 years from 1955 to 1975, South Vietnamese people underwent shootings from these guerrillas before succumbing at their final assault on April 30, 1975.

Americans will be able to appreciate for the just value this awful war in Indochina, when Henry Kissinger, Chief of American delegation at the Paris Peace Conference on Vietnam, has officially and legally let in South Vietnam 300.000 snipers of the Vietcong guerrilla band infiltrated from the North Vietnam. The South Vietnamese people was constantly under the shooting of these communist snipers, day after day during 20 years 1955-1975.

Everyone knew, except incurable madmen, that the shooting from the bush was the specialty of Vietcong guerillas. Therefore South Vietnam suffered the attack of not one, not ten, not one thousand but of 300.000 guerilla snipers thanks to the official intervention of Henry Kissinger, chief of American delegation and Russian spy.

It was the most monstrous crime of H. Kissinger, having killed more than three million South Vietnamese in the 70s.

He is a secret agent of the KGB, under the code-name Bor.
